The Mood Cure: The 4-Step Program to Take Charge of Your Emotions–Today – Another eye-opening book on the importance of supplements for mental health. Author Julia Ross explains how nutrition and supplementation can increase certain neurotransmitters that lead to emotional wellness.

After you complete the test, you are shown your Top 5 talents, which can be nurtured and turned into strengths. Positive psychology teaches us how to “lead with our strengths” to get the most enjoyment out of our personal and professional lives. This test absolutely changed my life. I’ve bought this product for many of my friends and they all love it.

Journey of Souls: Case Studies of Life Between Lives – Author Michael Newton, PH.D., is a hypnotherapist that takes clients into the time where their soul is in-between lives. After their last death, and before their new birth. Very scientific and thus revolutionized the way I view our purpose on Earth, and what happens after we die. It’s like an epic science fiction book, although the evidence is pretty undeniable that it is indeed non-fiction.
Perfect Health: The Complete Mind/Body Guide – One of the most influential books I’ve read on health. Written by Deepak Chopra, M.D., who explains in elegance the main principle of the Ayurvedic healing system, and how to tailor it for your own life.
