How to Taper off Opioids using the “Hierarchy of Recovery”

In the video above, you’ll learn step-by-step How to “TAPER OFF Opioids like a CHAMPION” using the “HIERARCHY of Recovery” Model.

In this episode, you’ll also learn how tapering off opioids can be easy, mildly difficult, moderately difficult, hard, extremely hard, and for some, it can be seemingly impossible.

That’s why I invested 10 hours on a Saturday creating this video from start to finish.

The amount of helpful information, strategies, therapies, and tips, combined with the synergistic visual aids and animations, will hopefully lead to a great many people getting the info on how to taper off opioids they want and need.

For people on buprenorphine, methadone, oxycodone, tramadol, Kratom, hydromorphone, oxymorphone, morphine, Dilaudid, fentanyl, heroin, or literally any other type of opioid, tapering (reducing dosage slowly over time) combined with other integrative modalities can often help a person successfully detoxify from opioid analgesics (prescribed or illicit and for addiction or physical dependence).

And last but not least…

You’ll learn about the difference between tapering off opioids and doing a cold-turkey detox from opioids, the reasoning behind and science of tapering, titrating speed, and frequency examples, supplements/diet/movement, and several other natural therapies for boosting brain-body health, examples of slow tapers, examples of fast tapers, examples of a workday taper routine from morning to bedtime, examples of a weekend taper routine with no work/business, and much more!
