For motivated individuals, I offer my OAS Coaching Program.
Often times people have a hard time trying to recover using traditional approaches such as: counseling, rehab, self-help groups, psychotherapy etc. Coaching is a fast-growing form of addiction treatment.
If someone wants to lose 20 pounds and get in the best shape of their life they can accomplish this much faster with a personal trainer.
That’s what I am. A trainer that is an Opiate Recovery Specialist who can help you achieve your goals.
Coaching can be used to help an individual quit drugs. It can also be used as a form of aftercare or continuing care. After getting out of detox or rehab the recovering substance abusers are usually shoved in sober living homes and 12-step meetings.
While this works well for some, it simply doesn’t produce results for others. Having a personal recovery coach to help guide you along the way can be the perfect aftercare plan.
