There are a lot of people posting in online forums and really all over the place about the vicious cycle of withdrawal. You can read a lot about how horrible drug addiction and alcohol addiction is.
And about the horrors of post-acute withdrawal and acute withdrawal.
But what people don’t often mention is how to end the vicious cycle of withdrawal.
So we want to link those two things together in this conversation.
But at the same time, I think it’s important to focus on what we can control…
Which is the biochemical aspect of things.
And I’ve found that people who are able to think in terms of oh well I probably have a deficiency in GABA. I need to support that by taking some l-glutamine, you know maybe I need to take an Epsom bath and have some lemon balm and chamomile and passionflower and take some magnesium, B-vitamins.
